Take a tour of KOCT and watch the recording of Oceanside Spectrum with Host Elaine Swann. Meet KOCT’s volunteer Board of Directors and ask questions about your community television station.

Oceanside Spectrum audience will be seated on a first come, first served basis. See how this monthly community program is recorded in front of and behind the cameras!
