This Week’s “LIVE” Journalist Roundtable

On Your Community Channel!

 

Tune to KOCT – Channel 18, Thursday, January 7th at 6 pm to view the first two episodes of the new season of Journalist Roundtable.

KOCT’s first sixty-minute program will feature:

Oceanside mayor Jim Wood, President Karen Haynes of Cal State San Marcos University and Mark Kalpakgian, NCEDC President.

Immediately following the preceding program:

A Special 30-minute Journalist Roundtable will air on Carlsbad’s “Measure A” ballot initiative (Carlsbad Strawberry Fields Project). The program will feature as a proponent of the Caruso mall project, Carlsbad Mayor Matt Hall.  Representing the opponents of this project will be Cori Schumacher with Citizens for North County (CNC).

Journalist Roundtable is hosted by Kent Davy, former Editor for the North County Times and Journalist Alison St. John, North County Reporter for KPBS.  Viewers in Oceanside can watch via Cox Cable on KOCT’s Channel 18 and the program can be seen county-wide on AT&T’s U-Verse service (Channel 99).

The program will be Streamed ‘Live’ via KOCT.ORG.  Viewers simply need to click the ‘WATCH LIVE – CHANNEL 18’ button at the top of the Home page.  Viewers can watch on their smart phones, tablets or computers.  This special program will also be available to watch after January 12th via KOCT’s Video On Demand service right up until the special February 23rd 2016 Special Election.
