An original music video shot on location in Paris, France.  With music. lyrics, and performance by San Diegan Kelly Halloran, and direction, video recording, and editing by Frenchman Samuel Sellem, it captures the feeling of what it is like to be unconditionally loved.  This is a film about a feeling of overwhelming happiness, to the point of feeling securely “on top of the world”, all magnified through bright and colorful song and cinematography.
