Now Open in The City of Oceanside is the Oceanside Navigation Center, a local, year round & fully resourced homeless shelter funded through a generous grant from the County of San Diego - Government and federal funding from Representative Mike Levin. KOCT attended the facility's celebratory ribbon cutting to document this immense occasion for the Oceanside Community.
