The beach is king during the summer in Oceanside and every year the largest women's surfing event in the world takes place. The Paul Mitchell Supergirl Pro attracts the best women surfers in the world as the community comes together to watch and celebrate in the festivities.

The Pao Pao Outrigger race was held at the Oceanside Harbor, welcoming racers from all over the nation as these competitors try their hardest to earn 1st place.
